  • Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • Products must not be damaged, tampered with, or show signs of use
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Products that show signs of misuse or damage not caused during shipping

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: Wait for our customer service team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all included materials
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside
  5. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once we receive and inspect your return

3.2 Return Shipping

Return shipping terms:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account

4.2 Refund Amount

Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

  • Full Refund: Product purchase price (excluding shipping) for eligible returns
  • Partial Refund: May be issued for products not in original condition or missing components

4.3 Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number and description of the issue

6.2 Resolution Options

For damaged or defective products, we offer:

  • Full refund including shipping costs
  • Replacement product at no additional cost
  • We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Do not open or use the incorrect product
  • We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped
  • A prepaid return label will be provided for the incorrect item

8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships:

  • If the order hasn't shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process

8.2 After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our return process once you receive the package.

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. Consumers in Canada may have additional rights under provincial consumer protection legislation, including:

For orders shipped outside of Canada:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
